Porsche unveils iconic Le Mans livery for London title fight

Dressed in a striking throw-back to iconic motorsport royalty, the Porsche Formula E Team has unveiled a special one-off livery for this weekend’s Season 12 showdown at the London E-Prix. Swapping its usual modern accents for evocative white, blue, and gold racing stripes, the 99X Electric channels the legendary Rothmans design made famous by the Le Mans-dominating works Porsche 956. That iconic machine famously swept the podium at La Sarthe in 1982 behind Jacky Ickx and Derek Bell before clinching three more wins in the classic endurance event.
