Monaco: Saturday weather update
Formula One is gearing up for an action-packed Saturday on the streets of Monte Carlo today, with the almost certain onset of rain showers set to turn qualifying into a lottery later this afternoon.
Occasionally heavy rain arrived in Monaco for the first time yesterday afternoon, before easing off later in the evening. Forecasts continue to predict a very high chance of rain today however, the bulk of which is scheduled to arrive in the evening. With a 60% chance of rain in the morning and afternoon though, qualifying and practice may yet be wet.
