Grosjean making extra effort to avoid crashes
Since the Japanese Grand Prix, when Romain Grosjean was involved in another first-corner incident, the Franco-Swiss has reviewed the situation with his Lotus team. This time, contact came at the second corner with Mark Webber’s Red Bull. “Since Singapore, I’ve been trying to be really cautious at the starts and it’s been all the more frustrating to be involved in an incident in Japan,” Grosjean had said at Suzuka. “When approaching the first corner, I was watching Sergio (Pérez) on my left to make sure there was no contact with him.
