Nurburgring willing to host F1 in 2013

Despite an insolvency, the Nurburgring could yet feature on next year’s calendar to host the German Grand Prix with organisers currently in negotiations with Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone to retain the event. Hockenheim and Nurburgring alternate to hold the German GP every year, with the former playing host to the race earlier this season and assuring that it could sustain it in 2013 as well. Nurburgring organisers however would be content with a confirmation that its track would be listed for next season before the end of the current year, confident that they can run the Grand Prix.
