‘We hope he continues’ – Citroën on Kubica
Robert Kubica has received high praise from Benoit Nogier, the man who heads up the Citroën Junior Team and Kimi Raikkonen’s boss for the past two years. This weekend, the Pole will be competing for the French outfit in the Ralle du Var. Since his near-fatal rallying accident of February 2011, which had already left him on the sidelines for two Formula 1 seasons, Kubica has remarkably returned to competition and has already won a handful of junior rally events.
