Brabham family wins legal action

The Brabham family has won their legal action in the German High Court to protect the Brabham name from being used without their authorisation. The family of Sir Jack Brabham had been embroiled in a battle in the German High Court to prevent car dealer Michael Trick from using the Brabham name to market cars in the European Union. The High Court ruled in the family's favour ensuring that the rights to the Brabham name for marketing now revert to Sir Jack's family.
