Kubica to test a Mercedes DTM car

Robert Kubica will test a Mercedes DTM car this week in order to get a taste of how he would cope with a return to circuit racing in a car with downforce. Kubica is set to take part in the European Rally Championship this year as his rehabilitation from his horrific rallying accident two years ago continues. He recently admitted that difficulties moving his arm are currently ruling out of a return to single-seater racing, but that should not be such a big issue in an DTM car.
