Marussia 'pretty excited' for 2013

Graeme Lowdon is adamant Marussia are confident ahead of the new season despite parting ways with Timo Glock. Earlier this week, Marussia announced that they had terminated Glock's contract due to financial reasons. "The ongoing challenges facing the industry mean that we have had to take steps to secure our long-term future," said team boss John Booth. "Tough economic conditions prevail and the commercial landscape is difficult for everyone, Formula 1 teams included. The German's race-seat is expected to go to a paying driver with some reports claiming it could be sold for around $5million.
