Force India have ruled Frenchman Jules Bianchi out of the reckoning for the last remaining race seat in on the 2013 Formula 1 grid, leaving the way open for Germany's Adrian Sutil to make a comeback after a year on the sidleines.
'Jules will not be Paul Di Resta's team mate. I was told today,' Bianchi's manager Nicolas Todt told Reuters by telephone.
