Caterham Come Unstuck In Albert Park Rain

Caterham drivers Giedo van der Garde and Charles Pic will start together on the back row of the grid for tomorrow’s Australian Grand Prix after struggling in the wet at Albert Park. Both drivers made contact with the wall during Q1, the only session to beat the weather on Saturday, with Van Der Garde losing his front wing in the turn five tyre barrier. “Honestly I’m disappointed with where we ended up today as we could definitely have finished higher. We made quite a few changes to the car overnight and it felt much better in FP3 so I was feeling good about qualifying.
