Button: Better in the dry than the wet

There are finally murmurs of encouragement coming from McLaren with Jenson Button saying they've upped their dry pace - and then it rained in qualifying. McLaren battled to wrench any pace out of their MP4-28 at the season-opening Australian GP, however, on Saturday in Malaysia the car looked to be a bit better. Button was only 0.387s down in FP3 while finishing Q1 in sixth place. The Brit was again in the top ten in Q2 before rain came down in the final minutes of the session. That meant the Brit joined the battle for pole position. However, it soon turned out that while his car may have improved in the dry, the same cannot be said of the wet.
