Williams: We feel we’ve made some small steps forward

Team and drivers report on qualifying for the Malaysian Grand Prix, Round 2 of the 2013 Formula 1 world championship, at Speang International Circuit near Kuala Lumpur.
Qualifying Notes Pastor Maldonado qualified 16th with Valtteri Bottas 18th for tomorrow’s Malaysian Grand Prix.
The team has been pushing hard to improve the performance of the FW35 around the Sepang International Circuit and made some steps forward n FP3.
In the fast-changing weather conditions, Pastor was unable to complete his run on dry tyres before the rain arrived during Q2.
