Red bull racing boss Christian Horner says Sebastian Vettel deliberately ignored team orders to hold position after the final round of pit stops at the 2013 Malaysian grand prix.Speaking to Autosport, Christian Horner said 'Do you honestly think that if we had told him ‘slow down and give the place back', he would have given it back?'There was no point.
