Ferrari want 'balanced' testing

Stefano Domenicali has called on the ban on in-season testing to be lifted, labelling it "ridiculous." In-season testing was banned back in 2009 in a bid to cut the costs of competing in Formula One. As a result, teams were left with just 12 days of running ahead of a new season. Ferrari have often called for the ban to be lifted with the teams eventually agreeing a four-day outing at the Ferrari-owned Mugello track last season.
