Sergio Perez has impressed "everybody in the team" during his short career with McLaren so far, according to Jonathan Neale. After a difficult opening weekend in Australia, Perez scored his first points for McLaren with ninth place in Malaysia. While Jenson Button has outperformed his team-mate so far, Neale says Perez has been settling in well and one of the most obvious strengths has been the way in which he works with his engineers.
