Mercedes cancelled Lewis Hamilton's media commitments today ahead of Sunday's F1 2013 Chinese Grand Prix after the Briton complained he didn't feel well.According to reports from the Press Association, the 27-year-old has suffered an allergic reaction, which has left with an inflamed and weeping eye.
