Daniel Ricciardo was relieved to convert his strong qualifying performance into a maiden points finish of the season at Shanghai on Sunday afternoon, crossing the line in seventh place after a Grand Prix focused around Pirelli's tyre compounds. The Toro Rosso driver, who adds six points to his team's championship tally, says he felt "everything clicked into place" after a flurry of technical changes in recent months.
