Adrian Sutil reckons his race-ending clash with Esteban Gutiérrez in the early stages of the Chinese Grand Prix cost him a points finish, with the Force India driver an unfortunate victim of the Mexican's error of judgement at the final hairpin. As the midfield runners approached Turn 16 on the fifth lap of the race, Gutiérrez lost control under braking and ran straight into the back of Sutil.
