Massa searching for answers

Felipe Massa concedes that he's not quite sure why his race failed to develop after getting off to a fast start. The Brazilian has enjoyed a strong start to the season and managed to get the run on Kimi Raikkonen at the start. Massa stayed out on the soft tyres one lap longer than team-mate Fernando Alonso and paid the price as he fell back in the first round of pitstops. However, while Alonso continued to get stronger, Massa found himself stuck out of reach of the leading racers. The Ferrari driver eventually came home in sixth, 40 seconds behind race-winner Alonso and he admits his race pace was a bit puzzling.
