Free Practice Three kicked off under the scorching sunshine of the Bahrain desert. Fernando Alonso recovered from a spin at turn three to top the final practice session ahead of Qualifying for the Bahrain Grand Prix. Marussia's Max Chilton was the first driver out on track as numerous others filed out to join him. Most chose the opportunity to do a practice start, vital for race preparations.
