'F1 is not a popularity contest'

Red Bull boss Christian Horner is not fazed if he is not a popular man in the Formula One paddock, suggesting that success breeds contempt. Horner's leadership skills were called into question - and not for the first time either - when Sebastian Vettel ignored his instructions at the Malaysian Grand Prix and overtook his team-mate, Mark Webber. Vettel was harshly criticised for his decision and Horner did not get off lightly either, with his ability to control those in his team seemingly in doubt.
