Kubica not giving up on F1

Robert Kubica insists he won't head to DTM or another touring car series any time soon as his focus is still on Formula One. The Polish driver has been away from F1 since partially severing his right forearm in a rally crash back in February 2011. But while the closest he has come since to a F1 car was a recent run in the Mercedes F1 simulator, the 28-year-old was offered a DTM drive with Merc for this year's Championship. Kubica turned it down, opting instead to contest the European Rally Championship. And the former Renault driver says he will keep saying no as long as Formula One is still a possibility. "For me, now, the priority is to get as fit as I can," he told Autosport....
