Valtteri Bottas feels Williams have made progress in Spain having brought several upgrades to the Barcelona circuit. Williams arrived at Barcelona as the only established team not to have scored a single World Championship in the opening four grands prix. The team brought several upgrades to the track including a new aerodynamic package. And Bottas, who finished 14th quickest - 2.080s off the pace, believes they've already made a difference.
