Coletti extends lead as Frijns stars

Stefano Coletti extended his GP2 championship lead after taking victory in the Sprint race at the Circuit de Catalunya. The Monegasque driver took the lead at the start of the race and was untroubled up front. But the star of the weekend was Hilmer Motorsport's Robin Frijns. In only his second GP2 event, Sauber reserve driver Frijns stormed to victory in the feature race and followed that up with second in the sprint race. Carlin's Felipe Nasr took second and third in the two races, while Frijns's team-mate Jon Lancaster also impressed with a podium on his return to the series.
