Marko: Merc may have reopened Pandora's box

Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko says they want the FIA to punish those involved in the in-season test if a "significant breach" of rules took place. Pirelli and Mercedes have been ordered to appear before the International Tribunal after they took part in a three-day test session after the Spanish Grand Prix. Ferrari also did a test for the Italian manufacturer, but they were cleared by the FIA as they used a 2011 car while Mercedes used this season's challenger and their drivers Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton were also involved.
