Starting from third on the grid, Valtteri Bottas struggled and finished the Canadian Grand Prix in 14th place, dropping 11 positions from the start leaving Montreal empty handed. In its worst start to the championship since its debut season in 1975, Williams is yet to score a point in 2013 and any hope of a point eroded after Bottas struggled to match the pace of the front runners in the first stint on the supersoft tyres.
