Adrian Sutil slams unfair penalty for ignoring blue flags at Canada
Adrian Sutil has voiced dissatisfaction with the race stewards after he was struck with a drive-thru penalty during the latter stages of the Canadian Grand Prix for allegedly ignoring blue flags, a penalty which subsequently lost him two positions and three valuable points.
Despite enjoying a relatively competitive qualifying session ahead of the 70-lap Canadian Grand Prix, Adrian Sutil found himself embroiled in an incident-filled opening few laps of the race. As he battled for position with the Williams of Valtteri Bottas, Adrian Sutil was tipped into a perilous spin at Turn 3.
