Date set for Silverstone Young Driver Test

Silverstone will play host to the F1 Young Driver Test next month between the races in Germany and Hungary.The circuit has confirmed that the three-day session will run from 17-19 July, a week ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix in Budapest and prior to the traditional F1 summer break.The home of the British Grand Prix played host to one of three Young Driver Tests last year, with Williams, Marussia and the now-defunct HRT team all completing their tests at the circuit.By contrast, Ferrari, Force India and Mercedes carried out their tests at Magny-Cours, while Red Bull, McLaren, Lotus, Sauber, Toro Rosso and Caterham completed their running at Yas Marina in November.The test will give teams...
