Renault: Lotus, Caterham 'deals almost done'

Renault say they are close to reaching new deals to provide both Lotus and Caterham with engines for the 2014 F1 season. The French manufacturer have already agreed deals to supply Red Bull and Toro Rosso with their engines for next season, as the new V6 units replace the current V8's. Renault have lost Williams as one of their customers for 2014, but say deals with Lotus and Caterham look likely for next season: “We very likely will end up with four teams,” said Renault Sport F1 director Jean-Michel Jalinier.““The discussions with Lotus and Caterham have progressed.
