F1 2013 – FIA Tribunal: Pirelli 'has not violated the code'

Pirelli has argued that they do not understand why they are facing disciplinary action at the FIA tribunal when it was only acting with the rights given by the FIA.Dominique Dumas, lawyer for Pirelli said 'Pirelli cannot understand the disciplinary action, Pirelli is only acting with the rights it was given by the FIA.'We are unable to understand the disciplinary process.
