Merc: Penalties proportionate

Mercedes have accepted "the proportionate penalties" imposed against them by the International Tribunal and confirmed they will not appeal the outcome of the 'Testgate' affair.The Brackley-based outfit were handed a reprimanded and suspension from next month's Silverstone young driver test after being found to have breached both F1's Sporting Regulations and the International Sporting Code by completing 1000km worth of tyre running with Pirelli at Barcelona last month.
