'Pirelli still need representative testing'

Paul Hembery has reiterated Pirelli's need to test with more up-to-date cars in the wake of Friday's ruling of the International Tribunal. Both Pirelli and Mercedes were handed a reprimand after breaching the testing regulations by running a 2013 W04 during a three-day test at the Circuit de Catalunya earlier in the season. Hembery has applauded the Tribunal, saying it was "very fair" but that one mustn't miss the point that Pirelli needs to be able to test with more "representative" cars.
