Rosberg leads Red Bull in dry second practice

Nico Rosberg was ahead in almost the entire second free practice session and also ended on top of the timesheets. On a drying track, he was 2 tenths faster than Sebastian Vettel and another 2 tenths to Mark Webber. With the second practice session dry at the kick off, many cars are out early, trying to catch up some of time that was lost in the very wet conditions that greeted the teams in the first practice session earlier today.
