Alonso calls for 'impeccable' Ferrari strategy

Fernando Alonso says Ferrari must come up with an "impeccable" strategy to win the British Grand Prix. Friday morning's practice session saw little running due to a very wet track, but in the more representative afternoon session Alonso was 10th quickest. Having got some data on the Pirelli tyres in the cool conditions Alonso said it would be difficult to translate what was learned on Friday in to a race strategy. "This morning, we lost the first session because of the rain and had to squeeze all the work we had been unable to do into the afternoon session," Alonso said.
