Rosberg survives British GP tyre scares for third F1 win

Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg won the British Grand Prix in an eventful race Sunday, avoiding the tyre trouble that affected several drivers including pole sitter Lewis Hamilton to overtake Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel with ten laps remaining after the three-time defending champion retired with mechanical problems. 'When Sebastian stopped, I won't lie, I wasn't disappointed by that one,' Rsoberg said. Rosberg won his second race of the year and third of his career, edging Red Bull's Mark Webber who recovered from a collision with Lotus driver Romain Grosjean shortly after the start.
