Red Bull Racing's Sebastian Vettel stays top in the F1 2013 Drivers' Championship standings, despite having to retire from the British GP, while in the lead.Vettel's advantage however, is cut from 36 points to 21, with Fernando Alonso closing up following his third place finish at Silverstone.Kimi Raikkonen, Lewis Hamilton, Mark Webber and Nico Rosberg remain in positions 3 through to 6.
