Maldonado keen to go a step better in Germany

Williams driver Pastor Maldonado has set his sights on breaking into the top-ten at the German Grand Prix this weekend. Maldonado came close to opening his – and the team’s – account for 2013 at Silverstone last Sunday, but ultimately had to settle for eleventh, 1.4 seconds behind the Sauber of Nico Hülkenberg.
