Drivers ready to boycott German GP

F1 drivers has warned that they will boycott the German Grand Prix this weekend if there is a repeat of the tyre issues that emerged at Silverstone.The Grand Prix Drivers' Association issued a statement on Thursday evening ahead of the first on-track action of the weekend in which it made clear its feelings about the current tyre situation, which came to a head following multiple failures at Silverstone.While Pirelli is to bring new Kevlar-belted tyres to the Nurburgring to ensure there is no repeat of the problems faced at Silverstone, the drives have made clear their feelings by insisting they won't race if further issues emerge.It raises the serious prospect of a repeat of what happened...
