New tyre working well for Red Bull - Webber

Mark Webber said he felt comfortable with Pirelli's new rear tyres during Friday practice but is still expecting a tough fight with Mercedes at the German Grand Prix this weekend. Pirelli has brought tyres with a Kevlar rather than steel belt to this weekend's grand prix in the hope of eradicating the risk of a tyre blow out during this weekend's race. The tyres run at a lower operating temperature to the ones used so far this year, which may affect performance, but Webber said he had no issues during Friday practice.
