Raikkonen 'will race whatever happens'

Kimi Raikkonen says he will race in the German Grand Prix even if the Grand Prix Drivers' Association (GPDA) boycotts the race. The GPDA released a statement on Thursday night saying it would boycott the race if there is a repeat of the tyre failures which struck the British Grand Prix last weekend. However, Raikkonen is not a member of the GPDA and he said there was no chance he would consider pulling out of the race. "I haven't seen [the statement], I just heard about it," Raikkonen said. "I'm sure it's not going to happen anyhow, but I was once involved I think in 2005 and funnily enough there was some guys that didn't stop and they drove so for sure I will race whatever...
