Rosberg: Mercedes at 'rock bottom' again....

Nico Rosberg has said Mercedes now has a lot of work to do following a disappointing showing in the German Grand Prix.Rosberg started the ninth round in the 2013 F1 World Championship from eleventh – after a mistake in qualifying meant he failed to progress to Q3.
