Heads started to roll at Williams, and the first casualty of the awful season the team is having has a name, Mike Coughlan, who is stepping down as Technical Director. Interestingly and basically at the same time, the team announced the hiring of now former Marussia Consultant, Pat Symonds as its new Chief Technical Officer, a title that sounds bigger than the one held by Coughlan.
