Ricciardo finishes Day Two On Top

Daniel Ricciardo was the fastest driver on the second day of testing at Silverstone after completing a time 1:32.972 on Thursday afternoon. The time was recorded while driving for Toro Rosso. Ricciardo also recorded the third fastest time of the day, while driving the Red Bull machine. His time in the Red Bull was about two tenths of a second slower than the one recorded in the Toro Rosso, despite several runs in the vehicle. It wasn't all smooth sailing for the Australian, who also ran off the track at Luffield earlier in the day.
