Permane: Qualifying crucial this weekend

Lotus trackside operations director Alan Permane has vowed the team will be doing its 'utmost' to qualify further up the field in Hungary this weekend.Qualifying has been a bit of an Achilles heel again this season for the Enstone-based outfit, although race drivers, Kimi Raikkonen and Romain Grosjean both did pretty well last time out in Germany, and lined up in fourth and fifth on the grid, before eventually coming home second and third in the race.Looking to Hungary though, Permane emphasised that it will be vital to make it through to the top-ten shoot-out and get as close to pole position as possible.“Qualifying is crucial [at the Hungaroring].
