Neale: McLaren will return to winning ways

The 2013 season has been "very painful" for McLaren, but managing director Jonathan Neale has vowed they "will be back". Unlike most teams who opted to "upgrade" their 2012 cars, McLaren decided for a radical 2013 challenger and it has cost them dearly. Instead of fighting for race wins in the first half of the season, Jenson Button and Sergio Perez have found themselves battling in the midfield. The team are currently sixth in the Constructors' Championship, behind Force India.
