Austria to return to F1 calendar in '14

The Austrian Grand Prix will be revived for the 2014 season it has been announced, after the Red Bull Ring - formerly the A1 Ring - struck a deal with Bernie Ecclestone. The circuit, which last hosted an F1 race in 2003, has undergone intensive redevelopment after it was bought by Red Bull billionaire Dietrich Mateschitz. A statement released by the circuit confirmed the news. "Dietrich Mateschitz and Bernie Ecclestone have reached an agreement to the effect that Formula One will return to Styria next year," it read.
