Ten-place drop for loose wheel

Teams will be handed a ten-place grid penalty at the following grand prix if they release their car from the pits without all four wheels properly attached.The measure, which will apply to practice and qualifying sessions as well as races, was discussed at a meeting of team managers and the FIA in the Hungaroring paddock on Thursday evening. It comes almost three weeks after the German Grand Prix, during which the right-rear wheel of Mark Webber's Red Bull came loose as he exited his pit-box.
