Seven-time Formula 1 champion Michael Schumacher will participate in this year’s Race of Champions, with the 44 year-old German the first name to be confirmed for the 2013 edition. Schumacher, who retired from Formula 1 for a second time at the end of last year, won ten races out of ten alongside compatriot Sebastian Vettel en route to his sixth consecutive Nations Cup victory in 2012.
