No passive DRS for Lotus

Lotus will not run their passive DRS device during qualifying or the race at Spa-Francorchamps, Technical Director Nick Chester confirmed on Friday. The team have been experimenting with what they refer to as 'the device' for over a year now but, an appearance in the British GP aside, they have yet to get it to run consistently and predictably. Lotus tested the device during Practice One in Belgium, but it was removed from the cars for the afternoon session and the team have now cited a lack of dry running for their decision.
