F1 2013 – Alonso’s big news revealed

Speculation over Fernando Alonso’s big news has come to an end as the Ferrari driver has revealed he has brought the Euskaltel-Euskadi cycling team for 6 million euros.The Euskaltel-Euskadi team had been due cease operating at the end of this season after 20 years competing; however Alonso has stepped in and purchased the outfit.Speculation was rife about what Alonso’s big announcement would be, with some expecting a contract extension with Ferrari to be announced.
